The Tree House Loyalty Program The Tree House Loyalty Program is a voluntary rewards program and you may choose whether or not to participate and thereby disclose your personal information. Upon initial registration, you will be enrolled in our texting program. This program will notify you of deals and offers, new products, and discounts. You can opt-out of this anytime by responding with STOP. You can always opt back in at a later date by responding to the message with START. How Information is shared with the State of Michigan We require valid government identification proving the holder is 21 or older or a valid medical marijuana patient in order to enter our facility. Your name and date of birth are retained according to Michigan regulations. The following information is shared with the state via the statewide tracking system Metrc: time and location of sale, quantity sold, price, and product type. For recreational adult-use customers, no personally identifiable information is shared with the state. For medical marijuana patients, medical sales are tracked and linked to your state-issued medical marijuana registration card. Cookies We use "cookies" on this site.
